We get a number of people asking us about return media, what does it mean or what will it be? At Blizzard Data Recovery we ship your data back on a new USB flash drive or hard drive. We provide free return media so you will know in advance what the cost will be to get your data back. Most companies charge extra to put your data on a new USB storage device and add that cost to their quoted price once the recovery is complete.
At Blizzard we typically use USB flash drives for recoveries with less than 90GB of user data. For recoveries with more than 90GB up to 5TB of user data we use portable USB drives. For more than 5TB of recovered user data we typically use full sized external USB hard drives from Western Digital and Seagate.
