Include it inside the package with your disk drive.
AVOID DATA LOSS DURING SHIPPING:
Your hard drive could become UNRECOVERABLE during shipment if there isn’t enough padding.
Conventional hard disk drives are very delicate and should be wrapped in at least 2 inches of protective padding (bubble wrap or foam) or use manufacturer approved packaging.
Do not use large “air bag” fillers like Amazon uses. They will not protect your hard drive.

You can ship your device via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever you prefer. If you need to get it to us right away you can use UPS or FedEx overnight or second day services. Always use a service that provides tracking and get a receipt.
We will notify you when we receive and check your device in to our system. Drives received on Saturday/Sunday will typically be checked in and notified by Monday afternoon.
