We provide flat-rate services so we assume the recovery is already approved when we receive it. We have a “no data, no charge” policy. Return shipping is NOT included in the price for RAID cases, but free return media is included. Only SATA, SAS, and EIDE drives are accepted for RAID recovery.

Good packing is important to avoid damage to your drive during shipping. Conventional hard disk drives are very delicate and should be wrapped in at least 2 inches of protective padding or use manufacturer approved packaging.

You can ship your device via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever you prefer. If you need to get it to us right away you can use UPS or FedEx overnight or second day services. Always use a service that provides tracking and get a receipt.
We will notify you when we receive and check your device in to our system. Drives received on Saturday/Sunday will typically be checked in and notified by Monday afternoon.
