Choose your preferred format (MS Word or PDF). Print, fill it out, include it inside the package with your solid state drive. Use a shipping service that includes tracking and ask for your tracking number. DO NOT send your SSD in a regular letter envelope, you could lose your device. You should wrap your SSD in at least 1 inch of padding or use manufacturer approved packaging.
